Dear Sir/Madam I've been buying your cata food for several years in the Epicenter store in the city of Nikolaev, Ukraine. the last purchase turned out to be a big problem. It's called for sterilized cats. The last packages varied in size, color and shape. but I decided that the manufacturer had changed something in the recipe and did not attach any importance. But I'd better thrown it away. I bought 3 packs, the cats have eaten (I have two cats) 2 packs. So, after the first one, they became weak, looked different then before it. When they've started the second pack, one of the cats was covered with wounds, he literally began to rot. wool began to crawl out of his wounds in tufts. he began to die. The second cat was stronger and just got some problems with his liver because of this food. the veterinarian diagnosed food poisoning and forbade this cat food. we treat a cat for wounds, allergies, we also treat his liver. the food in the package was different. it could have been dog food or just a cheap fake or any other food, but not the one I paid for. I don't want other animals to get hurt. I ask you to find the culprit and take action. The food is not cheap for a simple Ukrainian but we do care about our animals, so we buy only good food for them. This situation made us confused. Thank you for your time and attention! Respecrfully, Lily

Hi. My cat just started with Britcare Sunny about a month ago but her stools are softer with it? Almost no shape and it is stinkier than her usual stools. Is there something that might be irritating her stomach with Britcare Sunny?

Hello! Yesterday I bought Brit Premium Chicken and Turkey wet food for cats from a store in Turkey(country) and there was confusion in the packet labels. Meanwhile, the composition panel in the backside of the original product says the food consists of the following =%78 animal derivatives(%8 chicken,%8 turkey) , derivatives of vegetable origin (0,4 inulin),minerals the sticker posted by the distributor in local language says it includes %36 animal derivatives(%4 Chicken,%4 Turkey),%35 of derivatives of vegetable origins(%0,4 inulin). Why is that ?

  • Food composition

    14.1.2021 Answers: 0

Hi, have been feeding my cat Brit Care Missy (for sterilised cats) since he was a kitten, but recently noticed the package has changed. Didn't notice the food composition changed as well and fed it without transition period. In result it caused diahrea with blood spots. After checking the composition, immediately returned to old package, as found some leftovers at the pet store and cats stool normalized. After that we begun food transition, and at first everything seemed fine, but now trying to mix in more than 50% of the "new" food seems like cats digestion reacts badly again. In general my pet is healthy, no other problems. Is there anything in the new composition that might have caused this? Can this food be replaced with any other from same line and suitable for sterilised cats?

  • Brit Care Missy

    1.9.2020 Answers: 1

Hello! a month ago I changed my cats' food to Brit Care Missy. I am really happy with it, they like it and seem healthy. Also it works well for my cat with tendency to urinary problems given its low mineral content. I have noticed that they drink more water since I started feeding it to them. That's good for them. My question concerns the sodium content, I've seen that it's 0,80. Is that why they drink more? I assume it's a healthy sodium quantity since the food is really good, but wanted to double check with you. Thank you for your answer!!
